By accessing or using Kolvra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

To use Kolvra, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain and promptly update your account information - Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access - Immediately notify us if you discover any security breaches - Not create more than one personal account - Not share your account credentials with others You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Kolvra offers the following subscription tiers: **Free:** Limited features, no payment required **Pro:** €29/month or €290/year (billed annually) **Enterprise:** €79/month or €790/year (billed annually) **Payment Processing:** All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. **Billing Cycle:** Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. **Refunds:** We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use Kolvra to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe upon the rights of others - Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service - Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission - Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

**Kolvra Ownership:** Kolvra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kolvra s.r.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. **Your Content:** You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Kolvra. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. **Feedback:** If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Service, we may use this information without any obligation to you.

**Your Data Belongs to You:** All data you input into Kolvra remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data. **Data Export:** You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (JSON, CSV) from your account settings. **Data on Termination:** Upon account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. **Data Portability:** We support data portability and will assist in transferring your data to another service upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Kolvra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind - We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

**By You:** You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. **By Us:** We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. **Survival:** Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
